Grounded in Science. Focused on the Individual.

At Behavior and Beyond Consulting, we are Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) dedicated to clinical best practices and the rigorous science of behavior analysis.

But the "Beyond" in our name represents our core philosophy: science is only effective when it serves the whole person. We reject rigid, one-size-fits-all approaches. Instead, we look at the complete picture—integrating an individual’s developmental history, unique background, and trauma-informed care into everything we do.

For us, clinical excellence and deep human respect aren't mutually exclusive. We use data to guide our strategy, but the person always comes first.

Tailored to Your World.

As Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), our office isn’t confined to four walls and a desk—it is wherever our clients live their lives. Whether that means a living room, a classroom, a local grocery store, or the playground, we meet individuals right where they are.

We also offer remote options when convenient for our clients and when clinically appropriate.

Working in the natural environment is critical for a simple reason: true behavioral progress shouldn't be trapped in a clinic. When we teach and practice skills in the exact places they are needed, we eliminate the difficult hurdle of "generalization"—the struggle to transfer a skill learned in a sterile room to the messy, unpredictable real world. By embedding interventions into daily routines, we don't just teach behaviors; we build meaningful, lasting independence that fits seamlessly into the client's actual life.

Our Philosophy

Expert Collaboration in Progress.

Our approach isn't about working in isolation. As specialists in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we know behavior, yet we understand the deepest results come from shared knowledge and alignment. We provide the blueprint and the guidance, working side-by-side with collaborators to bring it to life.

To create a holistic and successful environment for our clients, we actively collaborate with the other vital stakeholders who are experts in their respective fields: parents, caregivers, educators, medical and mental health professionals, administrative leadership.
