Funding Source Information
-
Our behavioral services are for anyone with behavior challenges or skill gaps. To get funded consultation, you must be a San Diego Regional Center client or have medical insurance plus an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis. We also accept private-pay clients for any needs.
-
We want to make our behavioral consultation services as accessible as possible. We currently accept the following funding sources:
San Diego Regional Center (SDRC): We are an approved vendor.
Insurance: We work with plans that offer out-of-network benefits.
Private Pay: We gladly accept out-of-pocket payments.
-
To begin services, the process varies slightly by funding source. If you are an SDRC client, please reach out to your service coordinator to request our team for your consultation. If you are utilizing insurance, we will collaborate with you to navigate the approval process once you provide your diagnostic and coverage details. For private pay, just give us a call and we will get you scheduled!

Data collection is a cornerstone of the behavior analytic process. We tailor the exact type and frequency to each client's specific goals. We also provide regular assessment and progress reports based on clinical needs and funding requirements.

Please reach out for our private pay price list.

That is a valid feeling, especially after a new diagnosis or a new developmental chapter or life stage. Give us a call. We can discuss our services and make some general recommendations. For more support, ask about our Post-Diagnostic/Life Stage Planning service.
