Goal Identification

B+B recognizes each individual’s needs to create behavior intervention plans while incorporating a variety of positive interventions: Sensory, Daily Living Skills, Social Skills and Recreational Skills.

Treatment Planning

Treatment planning, including reports and ongoing updates/modifications. Addressing common behaviors: eloping, aggression towards self and others, and inappropriate behaviors.

Data collection training, initial and ongoing. Staff can feel confident in understanding and implementing behavior plans while accurately collecting data across behaviors and environments.

Ongoing trainings are client specific and focuses on skills and topics for the effective implementation of behavior management strategies across multiple staff and caregivers.

Consultation regarding data collection systems, staff motivation and engagement, and organizational structure to support client outcomes.
